 On 6th October 2008, University College Sedaya International was officially registered as UCSI University. Being conferred university status is a landmark achievement for an institution of higher learning that has been providing excellent tertiary education in Malaysia for more than two decades.
Established since 1986, UCSI University is amongst the few Malaysian private universities to offer a wide spectrum of academic studies ranging from Engineering to Information Technology and Business, Applied Sciences to Pharmacy and Medicine, Social Science to Music. Today, UCSI University offers its own university honours degrees in the above disciplines, and upon completion of these degrees students may transfer to a internationally recognised university for postgraduate studies. UCSI University degrees can also allow student transfers to other foreign universities for completion of the undergraduate degree.
UCSI University is strategically located in Taman Connaught, Cheras, some 10 km South of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
